London Beginnings
Lubaca was born in a small apartment kitchen in West London. Inspired by the classic pastries of local English bakeries, we set out to create artisanal, high-end desserts using organic flour and single-origin chocolate. Our brand quickly gained a dedicated following of sweet connoisseurs.
The Pandemic Transition
When the pandemic locked down the streets of London, we adapted by pivoting into a premium home delivery brand. Working from a dedicated dark kitchen, we delivered freshly baked luxury cakes and customized holiday packages directly to people’s doorsteps, spreading joy during difficult times.
Return to Kerala
Bringing our refined international expertise back home, we relocated our headquarters to Kerala, India. We established an advanced, state-of-the-art central pastry kitchen in Kochi, sourcing fresh local farm fruits, hand-pressed spices, and organic vanilla to complement our imported chocolates.
Flagship Café & Bobble Bubble Tea
We launched our gorgeous flagship café in Kochi. Along with our signature bakery range, we launched the Bobble Bubble Tea Café concept within our outlet, serving authentic Taiwanese bubble teas, premium brewed coffees, and artisanal dessert pairings in a luxury pastel aesthetic.
E-Commerce & Gifting Expansion
Responding to the overwhelming demand for our luxury products, we expanded our digital footprint. We launched our full e-commerce shop specializing in custom wedding cakes pre-ordering, corporate bulk gifting, and nationwide shipping of luxury rigid hampers wrapped in premium gold-embossed sleeves.
